1) CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)

 

Helping organisations be more responsible and demonstrating how they can drive productivity and business benefit out of being responsible corporate citizens. Our aim will be to map CSR projects but not only that. We will be attempting to work in partnership with organisations even outside of their CSR budgets and mandate to create holistic solutions to becoming responsible corporate citizens. Our offerings will be the following:

 
  1. Providing strategy and consulting support to diagnose areas where companies should be targeting, identifying key stakeholders to address and engage, find partners, determine budgets

2) Diversity at Workplace

 

Helping organisations be more diverse and drive productivity and innovation through being more diverse in structure and operations. Determine their Diversity Quotient, diagnose the nature of diversity they should have given their business mandate and growth strategies and provide a holistic solution set to becoming diverse organisations. Our offerings in this space will be the following:

 
  1. Diagnosing the Diversity Quotient of the organisation and determining the nature of diversity they need to have (for eg., the nature of diversity that an innovation driven organisation should aim for is different from one that seeks more productivity and operational efficiency)
  2. Creating effective strategies and implementation plans for bringing about the needed diversity, identifying the organisational changes that need to be driven and develop mitigation strategies for associated risks.
