The use of evaluation design as a systemic driver for innovation and gender intentionality in the financial inclusion space does not have too many precedents. We onboarded Niiti to help design and implement a comprehensive impact assessment for our program.
The team at Niiti created the system level Theory of Change (ToC)in at participatory manner actively involving our supported fintechs and our team while incorporating critical voices from the community and the ecosystem. The unique thing about the process is the adaptation of the system level ToC to individual fintechs keeping in mind the diversity of their business models as well as lack of capacity regarding evaluation.
We are encouraged by the evidence of change at scale that the process is already showing and hope that this will enable the entire ecosystem to accelerate development of women centric financial product creation and their adoption by women across all socioeconomic strata.

Nourishing Schools Foundation

Co-founder and CEO

Niiti Consulting has been an invaluable partner to the Nourishing Schools Foundation over the years, contributing significantly to our efforts to improve nutrition education and health outcomes among schoolchildren. Their expertise in documentation, evidence-building, outreach, and advocacy has been instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of our programmes and ensuring measurable impact.

Our collaboration has resulted in several key achievements, including the co-authorship of detailed research reports that have provided critical insights into the challenges and opportunities for integrating nutrition education into schools. Their thorough and well-researched approach helped us analyse the impact of our toolkit on school absenteeism and cognitive skills, strengthening the evidence base for our work. We have also used these reports to engage government departments such as the Ministry of Social Welfare, Government of India and the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India.

Niiti Consulting facilitated a high-impact workshop with us for school leaders from private schools, where they discussed best practices for embedding nutrition literacy into the school curriculum. We also co-hosted a Nutrition Conclave, inviting representatives from the government, civil society and philanthropy to strategies to advance nutrition education in India. Their ability to engage diverse stakeholders and foster meaningful dialogue has been critical to driving real change in the education and nutrition sectors.

Niiti Consulting's professionalism, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of the development landscape make them an exceptional partner. We are grateful for their support and confident that their expertise will continue to create meaningful and lasting impact in the years to come.
