Niiti at the IPN Leadership Summit 2025: Advancing Sustainability in Schools

Niiti Consulting participated in the Indian Principals’ Network (IPN) Leadership Summit 2025 – Guwahati Dialogue, held on May 31 at Hotel Radisson Blu, Guwahati. The convening brought together over 80 school leaders from across the region to explore emerging paradigms in education under the core theme: School Education 5.0 – Nurturing the Human & Tech Connect.

As part of the summit, Niiti led an exclusive masterclass on “Driving Sustainability at Indian Schools,” facilitated by Meena Vaidyanathan. The session examined how sustainability can be embedded into school ecosystems not as an add-on, but as a lived value. Drawing from Niiti’s ongoing work in the education sector, the masterclass focused on scalable models and leadership pathways that support environmental consciousness from an early age.

Throughout the day, conversations sparked ideas on how schools can take ownership of sustainability goals in a way that aligns with local realities, while also preparing students to thrive in a rapidly evolving world. The summit served as a valuable platform to exchange insights, deepen partnerships, and collectively reflect on the future of school leadership.
